About Us

Blason Woods is located in Moorestown, New Jersey, an historic community originally settled in 1682. The site of Blason Woods is adjacent to Strawbridge Lake Park, a municipal park for passive recreation, and more specifically the green acres Water Works Wood section.
Built in 1984 by Ravikio Builders, the community consists of 62 spacious brick-faced townhomes in the Georgian style. There are two condominium associations, Blason Woods I and Blason Woods II, headed by volunteer boards. Both associations are administered by a professional property manager, Associa Mid-Atlantic.
The community is conveniently located near terrific shopping, major South Jersey highways and 12 miles from Philadelphia.
The town center of Moorestown is 1.5 miles east of Blason Woods. The center of town features restaurants and shops, banks, offices and churches. Many buildings in and around the town center date from the 19th century. The mix of modern and historical is epitomized in the 160 year-old library, which moved to a new and modern home in 2015, and state of the art computers and media tools reside alongside archives of town life since the 18th century.
Moorestown's attractiveness was attested to by Money Magazine in 2005 when Moorestown was named "Best Place to Live in the U.S."
